Dear Indian Orthodox Herald Readers,

As you are aware that incessant rains had lashed Mumbai and disrupted normal life on 26th ofJuly, 2005 for almost a week. Water level in our area, i.e. Dombivili, rose from 8 to 15 feet .There was no electricity nor water for nearly a week. Communication/Train services were hit for 3 days due to water logging on tracks making it difficult for people to travel back home. Our members nearly 15 of them have been very very badly affected by the floods. Their homes were completely drowned in the flood for more than 3 days. We are trying to arrange funds for these members as they have to start organizing their lives, homes right from the scratch. You are kindly requested to please consider this Appeal and send us funds to help our church members.
