KOTTAYAM: The list of selected candidates for the academic batch in Orthodox Theological Seminary, Kottayam, commencing June 2014 has been published. 35 selected candidates have been listed below in the order of the sponsoring diocese / institution:
The candidates were unanimously selected after a 4-hour written test in Scripture, Church History, General Knowledge and English as well as a personal interview held on October 02 and 03, 2013. The list has been officialy approved by the Cathlicos and Malankara Metropolitan HH Baselios Mar Thoma Paulose II.

For GST the main branches of study are: Biblical Studies, Christian Theology, Patristics, Liturgy and Spirituality, History of Malankara Church, History and Witness of Orthodox churches, Journalism, Liturgical Music and Rituals, Biblical and other Classical Languages.
