Mar Dionysius visits the Governor of West Bengal

KOLKATA: Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius, Metropolitan of Calcutta Diocese, visited the honorable Governor of West Bengal State His Excellency M. K. Narayanan at Raj Bhavan on 31st July evening at 6 PM.

Metropolitan Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius presented a bouquet to His Excellency and honored him with a Shawl. The Governor appreciated the efforts of St.Thomas Mission Bhilai and Calcutta Diocese in uplifting the downtrodden. The Governor will visit the Mission Project at Thakur Pukur in the near future.

Fr. John Jacob (Vicar, Calcutta Cathedral), Fr. Aju K. Varghese (Secretary to H.G), Fr. Jeffin Varghese (Principal of St. Gregorios School), M. Jose (Sabha Managing Committee Member), Varghese John (Trustee, Cathedral), Punnose P. John (Secretary, Cathedral), Dr. Biju Paul Abraham (Secretary, SGS Joka) accompanied the Metropolitan.

    It seems, people who were against to buy the Joka school project land are ruling the Administration and taking the credit
