San Antonio St. Mary’s Sunday School bagged 21 prizes at Regional Level

SAN ANTONIO: St. Mary’s Chapel Sunday School of San Antonio has bagged 21 prizes in the Southwest Regional Level Written Competitions 2011. This is the second most number of prizes awarded to a single Sunday School this year. This Sunday School comes under the diocese of South-West America

The competitions were held in Story Writing, Essay Writing, Poetry Writing, Drawing and Bible Quiz for different age groups.

Fr. P. M. Cherian serves as the vicar and Fr. Dr. V. C Varghese is the Officiating Priest of the Chapel. The Chapel Sunday School is headed by Essie Mathew and Amy Mathews serves as Vice Principal.

Dr. George Varghese, Mini Varghese (admin), Thomas K. Poovathoor, Dr. Manju Poovathoor, Nirmal Varghese, Stephen James, Tresurin Stephen, Amy Mathews, Jisna Saji, Divina Mary Varghese, Jobin Saji (coordinator) and Minu Karuthedathu are the Sunday School Teachers of this unit.
