Ecumenical Christmas Celebration at US Capital

WASHINGTON DC: Ecumenical Council of Kerala Christians (ECKC) in the US Capital is celebrating 2010 Christmas on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 3:00 pm in the main Sanctuary of the Southern Asian Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 2001 East Randolph Road, Silver Spring, Maryland. ECKC at Washington DC is a conglomeration of thirteen Christian Churches hailing from Kerala.
The celebration includes Candle Light Procession, Worship Service, Christmas Message, and variety entertainments.
During the celebration the Council selects one member church to receive a gift amounting to Rupees 50,000.00 to help deserving and needy people. ECKC also provides financial supports to help the needy families or individuals for marriages, higher education, medical treatments, home for homeless, etc.
Admission to the Christmas Celebration is free. Refreshments will accompany the day’s event.
