June 20, 2010 — First time in the history of Malankara Orthodox Church where 12 independent church choirs have united to form one single choir in Chennai on 20th June 2010 in the presence of Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros, Metropolitan-Chennai Diocese and trained by Fr M P George, Director-Sruthi School of Liturgical Music, Kottayam, at the St Peter and St Pauls Church, Koyambedu, Chennai, India
