Mark 12:28-3 clearly states: One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Let us do accordingly by Christ. Did Mor Nicholovos ever release an explanation for his defamatory letter? I'm very curious --- as should each member of the North American diocese under his "control". I highly doubt any Saint would want us to expend an ounce of effort in an unholy cause--- and the fight between two canonical Churches in the courts, resulting in closed Churches, is nothing short of evil. Spare us your silly battle cry.A Church needs more than a political identity --- it needs to live a Christ-like life.
