The Rally Declaring the Spiritual Power of Women in New Delhi

NEW DELHI: September 20 witnessed in New Delhi a huge rally of representative women from various parishes within the diocese of Delhi. This rally was staged in preparation for the Global Meet of MMS of the Orthodox Church of Malankara which is about to be held September 26-29.

The delegates who participated represented parishes from Houz Kahs, Janak Puri, Mayur Vihar Phase I, Phase 3, Saritha Vihar, Dilshad Garden, Rohini, Dwaraka, Faridabad, Noida ,Gurgaon and Gaziabad.

The rally proceeded to the Indirapuram St. Thomas School were received by the diocesan Secretary Ramban M.S. Zachariah representing the diocesan Metropolitan and collected the flags brought from various parishes.

The public meeting was inaugurated by Alexander Daniel IPS. Fr. Shaji Mathews, Fr. John Thomas Mavelil, K. G. Joseph, Dais Mathew and Leena Paulose spoke on the occasion.

Fr. Johnson Ipe, Fr. Jacob George, Fr. Shaji Abraham and many other leaders of the Global Meet participated in the event.

    You are requested to please correct the spelling of Noida ,Gurgaon instead of Noid Goodgav
